History
CENTURY 21 Pride Properties has been serving the cities of Newark, Fremont and Union City, as well as the adjacent cities in Southern Alameda County, since 1978. The company was founded by Ed Gomes based on the philosophy of honesty and integrity, combined with quality service. We specialize in purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property.
Agents
Our agents are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives, elected officials, escrow officers, and loan processers. The are all committed to the business of real estate. Our agents live within our market area and are ready to devote their attention to your particular real estate needs.
We also have agents that speak Spanish, Tagalog, Cantonese, Mandarin, Punjavi, Urdu, Hindi, and Chinese.
Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agends need in order to better serve you. Our technology has changed over the years, however our commitment to honest and dedicated customer service remains the same.
All calls to our office are personally answered by one of our agents in order to more efficiently and effectively better serve your Real Estate needs!
Certification and Recognitions
